Mr. Malhotra is CEO and Chairman of Headstrong, a global IT-based Financial Services company. He is a winner of the Silicon Valley Entrepreneurs Award and a recipient of the Albert Einstein Technology Medal. He co-founded the HCL group, one of India’s largest Info Tech corporations, in 1975. Mr. Malhotra is a member of the Executive Committee of NASSCOM, India’s industry organization for IT & ITES Services. He is also a Charter Member and Chairman of the Global Board of Trustees of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE), a non-profit network of over 10,000 members in nine countries. TiE fosters global entrepreneurship through mentoring and networking.

Bina (Dewan) Singh graduated in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi in 1968. She was the first woman Mechanical Engineer out of IITs. After living in the United States for many years she moved back to India and started a non - profit organization with some friends for community development. She has been a member of the Delhi Commission for Women, Delhi Juvenile Board and Delhi Social Welfare Board. She is a keen golfer and tennis player.
Gaurav V. Burman
Gaurav V. Burman is a Director of Dabur International, and a 5th generation member of the family who founded Dabur over 130 years ago. In this time Dabur has grown to become the largest Indian Fast Moving Consumer Goods company, and manufactures a range of over 400 products in Health Care, Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Packaged Foods, and Non-Carbonated Soft Drinks. Dabur became a listed business in 1995, and today has a market capitalization of over US$ 5 billion. In 1996 Gaurav and his family started to invest in new businesses as India started to liberalise and de-regulate many industries, today the Burman family have investments in Health Care, Media, Financial Services, Retail, and Education, and have multiple joint ventures with Global Fortune 100 businesses including Aviva for Life Insurance, Espirito Santo for Banking, Bongrain for dairy products, and previously with Fidelity and ABN Amro. Gaurav manages his families investment program, which has an investment portfolio with a value of more than US$1 billion, and has been responsible for many of these joint ventures and investments. Most recently The Burman family have announced two healthcare joint ventures in the tertiary healthcare services space and the healthcare vocational training space; both transactions that Gaurav led on behalf of his family. Gaurav also sits on the Board of Dabur International, the holding company for Daburs international activities which include FMCG manufacturing operations in Sri Lanka, the Middle East, Africa and the US, Dabur International recently acquired FMCG businesses in Turkey and the US and will look to grow globally over time. Gaurav is a board member of Dabur International, DMI Finance, Espirito Santo India, Amar Chitra Katha, Future Ventures, Healthcare at Home India, and Berkely Health EDU. Gaurav graduated from Tufts University in 1993 with a dual BA in Economics and History. Gaurav is married with two children and shares his passion for entrepreneurship, with his passion for sports. Gaurav is active in motor sports, sailing, tennis, and running. He is also involved in a number of charitable endeavors including being a patron of The Young India Fellowship Program, and is on the International Board of Tufts University. Gaurav is also a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

In 1995, after a 30-year career in 6 countries, he took early retirement to become an author. He is the author of two international bestsellers. The Difficulty of Being Good: On the subtle art of dharma (Penguin 2009) is a riveting examination of moral failure, bad governance and corruption in our modern world.
